Founded in 2019 by a father-and-son duo, Watson Express ILC is a 100% Black-owned protective agency based in Minneapolis, MN. We believe security is more than protection—it’s about creating safe, trusted spaces for businesses and communities. Watson Express is fully licensed and bonded in Minnesota (PAC 2017), providing unarmed guard services, safety consulting, training, and customized security solutions for businesses, events, and community organizations. Our experience spans conventions, hospitality, residential properties, and on-call support. At Watson Express, we’re proud to be a community partner committed to safety, trust, and progress.

Since 2019, we’ve grown steadily—expanding our team, developing specialized training for other security companies, and providing services to colleges, hotels, and events.
